Another licence plate question

Hi guys. I'm trying to reduce the number of characters on my Yankton plate to just 4 numbers no letters

But I can't figure out what to change. I've been messing with the numbers in the carcols but only managed to change the font colour.

I've changed the line "MaxLettersOnPlate" to zero, but nothing's changed

Can anyone guide me on what to change please ?
