is it safe to delete these files from a model?

Just wondering if it's safe to delete these files? I assumed that since it says "unused materials", that it's good to go ahead and delete them.

if it's okay to delete them, any thing I should keep in mind or be careful of when deleting them from here?

If they're in the "unused" then yes, I usually delete them. If you're unsure, save what you've done so far, then delete them. If it messes up you haven't lost anything.

Just make sure you have no part with Isolated on, as that causes issues.
