An older attempt at some lore

Was scratching around in my old screenshots from the time before my old GPU burnt out, but because of that I never really got to finishing this project. If there's interest in the model or suggestions, I'll consider finishing it up once I finish the Caprice(yes, I'm still working on it but haven't gotten to posting updates lately because I've been busy and the LODs are taking up a hell of a lot of my time).
